Outstanding Community Contribution of the Year
We aim to reward submissions that show a positive impact on communities outside of the company in question. The aim of the award is to highlight initiatives such as charitable training, youth placements and other community projects that tackle social challenges.
Diversity and Inclusion Leader of the Year
The winner of this award must show contributions to diversity and inclusion in the industry or related group. The submission must include evidence of long-term, sustainable support for diversity and inclusion to prove that the outcome is neither temporary nor a one-off. Entrants should also cite measurable initiatives that have a positive impact on diversity and/or inclusion.
