RMG launches multi-asset global macro fund

earth_sci_fi_webRMG Wealth Management has launched its first offshore fund, the RMG Real Return fund, which can invest globally across multiple asset classes and securities. Domiciled in Guernsey, the fund will be managed by Stewart Richardson, the boutique’s co-founder and chief investment officer. The RMG Real Return fund targets positive returns, regardless of the direction in financial markets, with capital preservation being the priority. “The investment process is based on identifying fundamentally attractive opportunities combined with a tactical overlay derived from market and sentiment analysis,” the boutique says. “The absolute return mandate, philosophy and investment process remain the same [as an existing segregated client portfolio] but the lower investment minimum and the ease of trading make this an attractive investment to a wider group of investors.” ©2012 funds europe
