Schroders has created two extra roles to expand its global multi-sector fixed income team.
The firm has appointed Robbie Boukhoufane (pictured), who has been with Schroders for six years, and Alan Wilson, previously of State Street Global Advisors (SSGA).
Boukhoufane will focus on building and expressing the team’s macro views in rates and currency markets.
Wilson was a senior portfolio manager focusing on global rates and foreign exchange at SSGA and will now focus on global macro strategies. He will work across Schroders’ full range of multi-sector fixed income portfolios.
Boukhoufane and Wilson will both be based in London and report to Paul Grainger, head of global multi-sector fixed income.
Schroders global multi-sector fixed income team has $30.2 billion (€24.57 billion) in assets under management.
