RSA poaches CFO from Jupiter

London-based insurance group RSA has poached Charlotte Jones from Jupiter Fund Management as chief financial officer.

Jones, who holds the same post at Jupiter, has already been a non-executive director at RSA since last April and will take up her new role in August.

She will replace Scott Egan, who was recently appointed head of RSA’s UK and international business.

Maarten Slendebroek, Jupiter’s chief executive, said: “Charlotte has been a valued colleague since joining Jupiter in 2016 and I would like to take this opportunity to thank her, on behalf of the board, for her commitment and contribution during this time.

“It is always disappointing to lose someone of Charlotte’s calibre, but I understand that a move to a FTSE 100 CFO role is a great opportunity and I wish her all the best.”

Jupiter said in a statement that its search for a new CFO has now got underway.
