Lyxor UK appoints David Lake as chief

David Lake has become chief executive of Lyxor Asset Management UK, taking over from Matthieu Mouly.

Mouly has returned to Lyxor’s Paris base to continue his role as global head of sales for Lyxor ETF.

Lake retains responsibility for heading ETF sales in the UK and Ireland. Lyxor said the UK had seen strong sales momentum for its ETFs and alternative Ucits-regulated funds in 2018.

He reports to Sadia Ricke, who is UK chief country officer, and Natanael Benzaken, chief client officer.

Lake has a 15-year track record of sales and business development and joined Lyxor in 2017 from Source Asset Management.
