Delancey poaches LGIM head of real estate debt

Real estate firm Delancey has appointed Lorna Brown as director of capital markets in its investment advisory team.

She joins from Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM), where she was head of real estate debt in its real assets business.

In her new role at Delancey, Brown will focus on devising and implementing real estate led strategies and assist in boosting the growth of the firm’s market portfolio, working closely with its global joint venture partners.
