Cushman & Wakefield expands business space investment team

London-based property and real estate consultants, Cushman & Wakefield, has expanded its business space investment team with two appointments.

Ed Cornwell and Russell Nimmo have been appointed partner and surveyor, respectively.

Cornwell joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate where he spent 12 years as a senior director in the national investment team.

Nimmo joins from Montagu Evans where he spent four years in its Edinburgh investment agency team.

Cornwell said his aim was to work closely with the agency teams to create investment product and build on the existing logistics and industrial capital markets offer to increase its profile with investor clients.
