CBRE Global hires funds head in France

Property fund manager CBRE Global Investors has hired Nathalie Dos Santos as head of asset management for France.

Dos Santos has been hired to head a team of nine asset managers and analysts. She will be replacing Gautier Beurnier, who was interim leader.

CBRE GI has as €2.6 billion portfolio in the country spanning logistics, retail, offices and residential.

Prior to this role, Dos Santos was head of asset management at LFPI REIM, responsible for a €1 billion portfolio.

CBRE GI has $106.7 billion (€97.2 billion) in assets under management and is an independently operated affiliate of US real estate and investment services firm CBRE Group.
