Amundi appoints former Janus Henderson senior global macro manager

Ryan Myerberg has joined Amundi as head of the French asset manager’s global fixed income absolute return strategy in London.

Myerberg was previously senior portfolio manager for global macro and global credit strategies at Janus Henderson Investors.

At Janus Henderson, he was responsible for global economic, policy and political analysis, and – as a member of the investment strategy group – he had responsibility also for global asset allocation decisions across a number of fixed income strategies.

He had previously worked at Janus Henderson as an international fixed income trader responsible for trading non-US fixed income securities.

Myerberg began his career in New York, working in sales and trading roles within the fixed income divisions of Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers.

The role at Amundi was previously held by David Ric.
