Natixis GAM completes DNCA Finance acquisition

Mergers and aquisitionNatixis Global Asset Management (NGAM) has completed the acquisition of DNCA Finance. The deal expands NGAM’s list of global affiliates and strengthens its position in European retail markets, the firm says. With access to NGAM’s distribution platform, DNCA will broaden its European footprint by entering new markets, including Spain, and expand its business in Germany and Switzerland. DNCA runs European equities, long-only and absolute return, multi-asset, and corporate and Eurozone bonds. It has tripled its assets from €5 billion to €16.5 billion in the past two years and will maintain its independent management approach.
