 aberdeen_200.jpg As banks collapsed during the financial crisis, for asset managers that could it was a smart move to emphasise their independence from other financial institutions. Aberdeen did just this with its "Asset management is all we do" campagn and won the admiration of the judges as a result. The nature of the campaign stemmed from competitor research in late 2007. A test group responded well to Aberdeen’s independent structure.
