Investec celebrates 20th birthday with record flows

Investec Asset Management’s assets under management have risen to a record £59bn (€67.08bn), supported by net annual inflows of £7.4bn, the firm said as it released its results for the financial year to 31 March today.

Investec, now in its twentieth year of business, reported that operating profit increased by 53% to £127m.

The net annual inflows, also a record, came from across Investec’s global distribution footprint and its balanced range of investment capabilities, with all six client groups worldwide delivering net inflows.
