JP Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM) has appointed Sorca Kelly-Scholte in a newly created role as Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) head of pension solutions and advisory, effective immediately.
Kelly-Scholte will be responsible for advising European institutional investors and leading strategic, proprietary research and thought leadership initiatives on pension investment issues. She will manage a London-based team of pensions’ specialists and will coordinate across JPMAM’s pan-European client distribution network.
Previously with Russell Investments for more than 14 years, Kelly-Scholte was most recently managing director of client strategy and research for EMEA, where she led strategic client advice. Prior to joining Russell Investments she was a Consultant at Towers Perrin. She is also a qualified actuary.

JPMAM’s global pension solutions and advisory group includes dedicated actuarial, portfolio management and capital markets experts that work across the firm’s client teams in applying proprietary capital market, corporate finance and actuarial perspectives to pension investment issues.
JPMAM has assets under management of $1.7 trillion (€1.5 trillion) as of December 31, 2014.
