Amundi appoints Marc Noel as chief compliance officer

Amundi, the French asset management firm, has named Marc Noel its new chief compliance officer.

Noel began his professional journey with Societe Generale in 2002 as a Legal Advisor focusing on international litigations. He then joined the investment banking division of the French Banking Federation in 2005.

Returning to Societe Generale in 2007, Noel served as the Legal Manager overseeing ETFs and partnerships at Lyxor Asset Management, later advancing to the position of general counsel at Lyxor.

Joining Amundi in 2022, Noel initially held the role of Deputy General Counsel, overseeing the supervision of the group’s products and market derivative contracts.
He holds a master’s degree in Corporate and Tax Law and a degree in Company Law Adviser.
