Products/services showing the greatest increase in demand in past twelve months:
Over the past few years, CACEIS has developed a comprehensive servicing offer to alternative funds.  We have invested heavily in staff and IT tools to support the growth and sophistication of these vehicles.  The past twelve months have seen increasing client demand for servicing hedge funds, funds of hedge funds, private equity structures and supplementary services, such as middle office functions, securities lending and cash management services.
In addition, we recently leveraged our expertise in alternative investments to offer a full range of support services to life settlement funds.

2007 and 2008 were marked by the expansion of our cross-border fund distribution support services.

Products and services for development over the next twelve months:
CACEIS already provides a comprehensive service offer and therefore, we have no specific plans to develop new products or services.  However, we constantly enhance our products and services and ensure our technology platforms remain at the cutting edge.  For example, we are always working to increase our STP rate.  We are participating in the pilot working group of Alliance Lite, Swift's new service, as well as Swift's Sharp working group, which is defining new message standards for hedge funds.
